14 years later, i finally understand that grumpy woman who told me that's a game for kids.
she was actually right.

yall just remember cubing is a young persons thing. what I mean by that, is that kids tend to have little to almost no responsibilities, their brains can think about cubing all day and night for years if they wanted

The difference between wr1 and wr2 is the same difference between wr2 and wr10.

All hail King Yiheng 🙌

A sub-5 official ao100 is crazy impressive and I can't wait to see what's yet to come. Never count out Tymon though. He was even practicing ZBLS in between judging 2x2 last comp and will be prepared for Worlds. They both will put on a spectacle for us. PS: Congrats on 20k subs!

Watching a STU video with a snack hits different. Truly fascinating the way you talk

Thanks for this video. Superb analysis. From someone who has avoided even trying for decades!!!

Suppose Yiheng's max TPS ends up being around 20+ TPS. The two extra moves he does over Tymon will only cost him 0.1 seconds, and considering no-one else has his lookahead or TPS, that 0.1 second isn't going to cause him any issues.

the fact that he said yiheng will probably break WR next week and it happened 9 days later is fucking hilarious

YiHeng is probably one of the craziest anomalies in terms of cubing performance and improvement like Tymon a few years back.

Also, daily "hate" message:
I'm not a fan of crustacean foods.

yihengs coach has stated that yiheng will not be learning zb as his transition from oll to pll is way too fast for him to save really any time because he will still have to recognize the zb and execute the alg faster than oll and pll which for him is very hard

0:20 not to be rude, just educational. most polish words are accented on the second syllable to the last. obviously the same rule applies to last names so if you'd like to pronounce them correctly (again, i'm not judging, just letting you know) it should sound more like plesk-oh-vich, not plesko-vich. like tymon's last name kolasinski, it's pronounced kola-sin-ski which everyone tends to accent correctly, but his first name tymon - accenting on the "mon" syllable which actually should be accented at the "ty" syllable

Interesting topic. For Big Cubes, almost everyone has eventually switched to Yau, but I think Max Park still uses Redux for 5x5 and up (and he's still at the top)
