best rendering settings for Cyberlink PowerDirector 9 - highest quality and smallest file size

Lmao this video still going strong 9 years later... I had no idea what I was doing back then lol but it's pretty accurate if you want small file size.... I now have good internet though and use 40mbps bitrate instead of 8mbps like in the video haha

Sometimes there is a bug where you will get a black screen on the preview screen during editing, but when you render it it works. Is it a black screen after you have rendered a final video as well?

I tried almost all the settings and even tried HDV (it yellowed out my video when I uploaded...) the wmv squishes most of my videos... do you think mpeg is a bit low quality though? (it seems not that clear) there are so many settings on mpeg2 I really don't know which one to choose >_< I been uploading one sample clip after another to test

any advice on which mpeg2 setting is the best?

Yes it is black screen. Btw i tested to render videos from my camera and yes it works, but i need as well render videos from games i recorded with Fraps...
EDIT: Ok now it works, i don't know what was the problem but needed to test and see if it is worth buying it!
