Is Fourthwall Worth It? | My Merch Experience

Whether you're a creator looking for the right company to fulfill your merch creation and sales, or just curious about the process with Fourthwall, this should be helpful to you!

The design process on their site was very simple and easy to use. My sample designs arrived in about 5 days or so, which was much quicker than I expected. Everything turned out great! EXCEPT for the hat. I will update you in the comments on my experience with their customer service, and whether or not I even end up getting a fixed version of my hat design.

Just an fyi, we love Fourthwall for us and it is working out really well. That doesn't mean that it isn't without it's challenges. Fourthwall isn't great about giving "instructions". Whenever I'm preparing a new product, I choose to reference the item from wherever it is being sourced from i.e. Printful, etc. The templates are much better on the site of origin. Any embroidery designs you want to use will be much better if the design is digitized for embroidery. Best of luck!

Do they give samples for free ? Or you have to pay for them. And do you just sit back and let people buy stuff and they do all the work for you. Shipping costs and stuff.
