California Wildfires: Mass evacuations as 1,500 properties destroyed

At least 10 people have died in northern California as fast-spreading wildfires sweep through the wine region. At least 1,500 homes and commercial buildings were destroyed as the state declared an emergency in Napa, Sonoma and Yuba counties ravaged by fires. Christine Pirovolakis reports.
