Why do you show a certain price in special deal, that doesn’t reflect the final price while I purchase it?
Price must be transparent without any additional hidden cost.
The deal at the matter is the one for 24 months + 2 months free with 82% discount showing this final price 2, 19 Eu/month. It means 52, 56 Eu in total, but when I try to subscribe to it the
total become 56, 94 Eu and the
2 extra free months disappear, also when I have to purchase it there is an additional cost due to the VAT which is not mentioned at all in the deal reaching a final price of 71, 18 Eu.
So instead of getting 26 months for 52, 56 Eu as it is claimed you get 24 months for 71, 18 Eu. At the end the real cost is of 2, 96 Eu/month instead of the claimed one in your deal of 2, 19 Eu/month, this is 35% more then what you state. This is ridiculous way of misleading the customer!!!
