I followed all these steps and it didn't work, I uninstalled Genshin Impact and when I went to install it again, the same error appears and I can't install the game anymore

I get that message while trying to installing genshin impact. When my download progress reached 80% it always have that message popped up and when i click retry and it reset back to 1%. Any solution to fix this problem?

I had no clue I could download it on epic games as well I had it on my ps4 because my C drive was running out of space guess I never paid it any mind hope it works ill come back to this comment if it does!

Hi! i can't extract the zip file in genshin impact game, because it says the archive is damaged and reinstalling doesnt't help. Im trying to download this game again because i deleted months ago and i can't download it since last patch. I tought the issue will go away after 4.0 but it didn't. also, i don't get the verification error after it downloads the verification just doesnt't start and the download bar is just flashing. I would be really happy if u could help

When I try to uncheck all of the boxes just like 3:25 I can't fine the run as an administrator box, can you guys help me? Or should I just right click the launcher and click the Run as an administrator?

Thank you. It works. I found that I could not Extract the Zip file in Genshin Folder in Drive C. So, I copied it first to another Drive, and extracted it there. After that I copied the extracted ones, and paste them to the Genshin folder in Drive C, then restarted my laptop. And then, I Clicked the Genshin, Desktop Shortcut but i didnt work. So I deleted the shortcut, and make a new one from the Gensin exe file in Genshin Folder. And... All the problems SOLVED.

i the folder there is a file zip but when i extract it he say the archiv is corrupted

My issue was installing the game it kept saying "file verification error" I tried the website first then epic games.

The power went out while I was updating the game and now it wants to download the whole update again, it's a 15gb update that takes me 8 hours to download and it doesn't show the repair option on the launcher and if I have to download the whole 80gb game again it's going to be a couple of days maybe a week.
Fuck.
Edit: 8 hours latter the game is already working.
I really should get one of those emergency battery things for the pc, would be nice to have at least 5 minutes of battery to be able to properly turn off the pc when the power goes out.
