'Let's Go' on a journey through the varying landscapes & cultures throughout Sichuan!

China is the 3rd largest country by area with over 47% of the population living in urban areas. However, it has some of the most diverse and dramatic landscapes of anywhere in the world.

The Larung Gar Buddhist Academy in the Sichuan Province has basic amenities for the 40,000 monks and nuns who stay there. The secluded location is 370 miles from Chengdu and has grown dramatically since its creation. There are no televisions allowed throughout this village.

This is Sichuan province, located in the southwest part of China. I lived there for 5 years and met my wife. It`s amazing scenery.

I love this place so much. Spent 3 years of my life. I came back to my country for vacation and due to the pandemic i still couldnt go back. I get so emotional realizing that i m getting graduated next year and will have to leave this place. Omg this place gave me so much experience in life first time seperated from my family i never felt i was alone. Incredible people never let me feel that i m a foreigner. Love you sichuan. Damn i cant believe i m emotional this much

For 6 years, since starting my first year in a school where Mandarin was one of the three languages to be taught (The others being English and Spanish), I have had a love for China, its regions, its cuisine, its languages, its people, and especially its culture. To this day, I am extremely fascinated with the amazing diversity that this beautiful nation has to offer. Sichuan, in particular, intrigues me. It is home to an enormous variety of breathtaking landscapes, all of which are otherworldly beautiful, amazing cities, unique wildlife, and a fascinating culture. Although I've been to China, I've never been here before. I would love to travel to this amazing province someday.

sichuan is really an unknown tourist destination for foreigners. In fact, it's a wonderful place to visit. There are great food, giant panda, historical monuments... Both its culture and geography are very divers, and it's a good opportunity to have either a cultural or a natural tourist experience there. I'm not from Sichuan, but i really like that place. Even lovely pandas choose there to be there home, need any more word.

There are so many historical and natural places to visit, splendid scenes to admire, delicious food to relish, native friendliness to absorb in any province of China. I wish I have had the time and energy each time I visit. I have been to Sichuan, but a week there was only touching the surface.
