Another good video, Thanks Rob & Nicki! What I learned for my own n=1:
- It took some time for me to get accustomed to anything (be that fermented food, probiotics, colonics, more/less soluble/insoluble fiber, FODMAP diet, less/more leafy greens, etc).
So, whatever I did, I had to stick to it for a while, and tough it out over the first symptoms (up to two months) before things stabilized. If I had only tried the above things for 1-2 weeks, I would not have gotten any results. I've gone from perfect stools & digestion to systemic candida after antibiotics to constipation (first time in my life!), chronic constipation, and then back to almost constant diarrhea and now finally starting to settle, after almost 4 years of trials and errors. Yes, I did do many stupid interventions, and I'm not saying it will take years for anybody else, but what I'm saying is, be in it for the long haul and be ready to face some odd settling-in issues first.

If you had Giardia now, how would you treat it so you do not damage your microbiome ? as it seems that you understand that Flagyl or the other Pharma Anti-biotics can possibly damage the microbiome afterwards? Looking for a video on the correct way to cure Giardia, and a little about what to expect on the 30 day road of a parasite cleanse. I am trying to avoid female parasite cleanse cultist if at all possible.

I had Giardia 2 times I live in America they have no idea how I got it.... treated with flagyl both times and was fine. Years later now I am still bloated. Belly blasting I never ever had before. Any suggestions! I KNOW it is from having giardia I was fine before it’s so frustrating

I am getting tested for giardia and parasites. Something isnt right. Idk if cats can give you this?

I’ve had this giardiasis for 3 months now, and it keeps coming back. Symptoms disappear and then come back. Tried different antibiotics already and nothing helps. What should I do? I don’t want to take these forever.. please help🙏🏻

I agree 100%, thank you!! Giardia can also cause horrible SIBO. I have experienced this first hand!
