Posted I-140 EB2 NIW on 2023 19th Dec, received 23rd and on 26th Dec received Case is being actively reviewed in Texas center. Can you please suggest what's expected next? Is there anything I should do. Shall I apply for premium processing? Thank you for such informative videos

My I-485 case is under “actively reviewed” since the second day of the day they received my forms. They reused my biometrics…
But now my hopes are lost since I hear it’s can take forever from this stage to the next…

My I-765 application says, “Your case is taking longer than expected to process” and my Concurrent Filings for my I-130 & I-485 show the estimated time until case decision as 2 months! What do these messages mean?… I was never sent an interview request so does it mean that my interview has been waived?

My case went to active review by the USCIS in less than a month after submitting my I-130.

Is that a good signe ? I mean I’ve seen people saying that their case went on active review months after it being received by the USCIS.

Hi i filed my 1-30 application from my mother on October 10 2022 and my age was 20 and i was going to turn 21 on 17 oct 2022 Until now it still says case is being Actively reviewed our record show nothings is outstanding at this time. do I still considered a direct relative? How long should I wait?

My sister's visa case has been under review since October 7, 2022. At her visa interview in her home country, she received a 221g notice. Later, the Department of State transferred her case to USCIS for review. Despite her H1B amendment being approved, the initial petition is still under review. We're unsure if she can go ahead with the interview using the approved amendment. Please advise.
