So, if I'm understanding this correctly, there's 2 murderers in her house. They already killed her boyfriend and took his phone. When they text each other, he asks for pics from their road trip, knowing she will find the pics of her sleeping instead and become suspicious. She runs into the girl skulking around her house and just barely evades her by crawling into her closet, but unknown to her, that's where the other killer was all along.

And while this is a long shot, it's also possible that the murderer couple is trying to take over the identity of Nancy and her boyfriend. We never see the female killer's face, but the guy has crudely wrapped bandages all over his face and from what we can see of him, he bears a resemblance to her boyfriend (whose picture we can see in Nancy's phone). He could have undergone some kind of crude surgery that isn't healing all that well in an attempt to look more like her boyfriend. Maybe the killer couple is going to pretend to be Nancy and her boyfriend after they're done with her.
