Sometimes I catch myself processing and thinking about what emotion I can’t show or can
Not what emotion I want to show
Remember when you would show an emotion without thinking
I wish I could do that
But every day I go on this loop of thinking and not feeling
I give emotion based on the person and setting
Not how I actually feel
I snuck out once and climbed on to my school and sat there thinking with the foot ball field lit but the track edges slowing in to darkness I sat
Thinking about past memories
Past friends
Past relationships
Past family
Past emotion
And now all I feel is empty
Empty of friends
Empty of love
Empty of emotion

But to answer you question
No I’m not fine and this is the only place I feel safe saying it

If you see someone staring at nothing for too long please
Ask them
“Are your ok”
It’s not ok if your not doing ok
But we are so devoid of real emotion we are scared of getting help we are
