Today’s practice focuses on how the power of a true breath led yoga practice can shift and replenish the whole package. When we train our body to support deeper and more efficient breathing, we will begin to experience benefits that can shift, transform, heal, and center. A true ripple effect of good health, alignment, and therefore the right energy to create, play, work, serve, live your life fully.

Today’s session is designed to help you stay curious, to feel how your energy is shifting, and to invite a full replenish to balance out drain.

Just lost my mom on Dec 30. This practice has been a kiss from her to my saddened heart. I feel like there is so much hope after leaving the mat. Yesterday I left my grief there. Today I found a tiny smile. Bless you Adriene. You are helping me be the strong woman my mom always told me I am. Namaste.

This yoga journey is already making a huge difference to how I'm coping with the UK lockdown, thanks so much Adriene! I love seeing the comments of people from around the world who are doing it at the same time - though we are apart, the world somehow seems smaller right now :)

I will say for everyone out there who may not feel their yogi body clicking in.... it will, I promise.
Keep it up and know you will get stronger. I am in my 70"s and imagine there are not many of us elder yogi's here. It is a challenge to get back if you are new to it or like myself have not been consistent with a practice in these weeks and months. Commitment goes a long way as Adriene's invitation still rings true for life: Just show up. I pat myself on the back and send
love and congrats to all of you yogi's, young and young at heart for showing up.

Feeling so proud of myself. I did Move in January and am continuing with Breathe. I did this last year and am doing much more now.
I had always loved yoga but struggled with being consistent. Now after 5 weeks of every day practice my body is able to hold poses and make it through without much problem. I’ve always believed a little goes a long way now I’m experiencing it.
Keep to the daily practice and the rewards are many fold.

I found myself so frustrated that I couldn't lift either hand off the mat in downward dog I thought I would cry. Having covid last April and dealing with long-covid for over 6 months completely drained me of my fitness and strength. Then I listened to Adriene's gentle encouragement and read some of the wonderfully supportive comments and remembered it's a journey. It feels amazing to be doing this with everyone else. I will get stronger but I will also be kind to my body. Thank you for this amazing resource.
