Especially for those who want to have a seperate account for specefic things. Just don't tinker (deny) any permissions in the security tab or whatnot. If it's messed up, just delete the new account and create a new one.

i have a non admin account in py pc and i tried this for wps office but it says : the target has been moved so the shortcut wont work" although my primary accoount can use the same shortcut just fine
