The worst thing about the last one was Sarah Lynn didn't die in the planetarium, she died later in the hospital because Bojack called himself from Sarah Lynn's phone and waited 17 minutes before calling an ambulance.

I honestly didnt think Number 6 was that bad. Due to his mom's dementia, Bojack was never able to tell Beatrice how he really felt about her. And before she died, and had finally remembered who Bojack was, he was nice enough to lie to her and set up a personal heaven like setting in her mind.

An adjustment to the list, now that the whole series is done:
1. Waiting 17 minutes after Sarah Lynn OD'd to call for help
2. Making it Dianne's responsibility to save him, when he attempts suicide by drown himself in the pool (an unfair/impossible/cruel burden to put onto someone - more so if he did die)
3. The whole Penny/Charlotte thing - Bojack getting teens drunk to the point where one needs to be hospitalized, then making a pass at Charlotte (a married woman), then accepting a pass from her high school daughter (for the pedo's who will argue consent law, just because something is legal doesn't mean it is therefor okay to do. Penny might legally be an adult, but she is not socially recognized as one while she is in high school + lives under her parents roof. The whole 'teen' part of her being 'seventeen' makes it skeevy)
4. Choking Gina (Number 3 only beats this because those were active decisions he made, while this one was due to a reality break from the pain meds - still bad he let himself get to the point he couldn't control his own actions anymore though, especially since he got violent)
5. Betraying Herb and not even attempting to be his friend afterwards to fix some of the damage
Notes:
-Don't know why the videos list thinks the Secret Nixon Footage was worse than some of these, its not even top 10
-His eulogy for his mom shouldn't be on here either. When your parent dies, you are allowed to process grief in anyway you see fit - including saying whatever you want about said deceased parent

Herb Kazaaz "I don't care about the job BoJack! [...] What I needed then was a friend. And you abandoned me, and I will never forgive you for that." It wasnt just BoJack letting Herb lose his job... it was that he never called or tried to remain friends

I'm sorry I disagree so heavily about the funeral episode he did nothing wrong. As someone who's gone through abusive things if I ever had to give a eulogy for my """dad""" it'd be as blatantly disrespectful because frankly abusers get no rights, not even to a good funeral.

Edit: Tho I mean should check you're at the right funeral first but otherwise if he'd been at the right funeral he'd have done absolutely nothing wrong.

About betraying Herb: Herb in the end says he didnt blame bojack for letting him get fired, he just couldn't forgive him for abandoning their friendship after that happened.

I felt bad about the baby doll thing, until I remembered Bojack's mom literally gave Hollyhock a panic attack

The epilogy mention honestly feels just wrong being here. That was one of the few times BoJack was legitimately honest and spoke from heart. Beatrice was a terrible mother and BoJack didnt elevate her to be something else.

The emily thing being just an honorable mention on the other hand...

Also with Kelsey that was mostly dumb and not thought through. He had an intenion of making the movie better which was an idea Kelsey shared.

The death of Sara-Lynn is a two-part Awful Thing. Because not only did he give her the drugs and encourage her to on the epic bender, but when she was dying/dead his only thought was to cover his own ass by staging the phone call and the 17-minute delay.
