Any idea when Stinger will release an update that improves upon media organization and address the inability to read more than one folder on a USB drive? Currently, you cannot have your media files organized in folders because the HEIGH10 will only see one folder on the drive...and ONLY play the media file in that folder. It will be impossible to access the other folders/files on the drive. If it's a single flac file album that requires a .CUE file for track layout, the HEIGH10 is unable to read those as well and will play the entire album as a single track. Having a UI that will organize the files using the information embedded in the file (artist, album, genre, etc.) would eliminate the need for the users to organize files in separate folders. Unless the UI has built-in flac layout, you'll still need that .cue file read capability. Tabs need an improvement where ANY button should be an option rather than meta buttons only. For example, If you want to add the equalizer button to your "shortcuts", as they should be called, you can't. You have to just add the audio settings button to the group and then tap the EQ button. Better yet, just add an EQ and crossover button to the media player screen. This would eliminate the THREE button presses currently needed to adjust sound quality. Adding the ability to adjust EQ settings for each file or by album would be an amazing feature...since the audiophiles that built the HEIGH10 should know not every album was mastered the same :)

My unit keeps turning off and on, and apple car play glitches. I’ve done the update and checked all wires. What do I do?

I plug in my usb drive and press update but it says (there is no upgrade file) and i did everything right.

(Solution!)- My usb stick was 64gb and it cant be read, it will read a usb stick32gb or lower. I got a 8gb one and was able to update.

How about one for a Jeep JK? I'm stuck and the Stinger will not recognize my usb drive. I know it has the software? Very frustrated at this point and the local install shop is afraid to do the job!

Just installed my ELEV8 and noticed that my iPhone with the iOS 17 update will not connect to Apply CarPlay, but people with iOS 16 had no problem connecting to my Apple CarPlay. Is this due to fireware?

Any way for me to remove icons off the home screen that were not wired during the installation and as such will never be used, such as hdmi?
