My T4 thyroid is normal but my TSH level tend to keep going up. So I take levothyroxine to make my TSH lower. I’ve been taking maca root powder, I believe is yellow. Seems to be okay, I was wanting to try the one from Amazon that is combine of three different maca. Yellow, red, black, but have heard reviews it messes with thyroid and I became afraid of it. But still taking my maca powder at home with no problems. Should I try taking this maca pills combination of three different maca?
