How is this legal anymore? Why are they still operating? What sick people pay to watch sentient creatures jailed, starved, sunburned, and otherwise abused, to perform tricks for their entertainment?

If this is for “education, ” why are they being forced to perform several times a day? This is banned in most parts of the world for as reason: these irrefutably intelligent creatures are slaves.

How funny is it that they show them in the ocean on TV and then show them in captivity. The irony. I would love to see an Orca in reality, they’re my favorite animals. But I’d never go to a show to see them. Stop going there people. Pay that money to go on a boat and sea them in the ocean, that’s even more fun!

The reason the whales fin is collapsed is because of collagen breaking down. This can also happen with Warner tempruters, but also when they breech the water. This happens more in captivity because how many times they breech the water. This can also happen in warm weather. This can also happen when their unhealthy.

No matter how much they update these shows, orcas should still not be kept in captivity. They are meant to be in the wild.

Those tanks are way too small that's why their dorsal fins fold down because they don't get the type of salt water from the ocean and they need 100 times bigger tanks for them to be able to swim to prevent them from having their dorsal fins from folding over
