It is good to remember to watch happiness, as it increases the productivity of the provinces. Also, when you have a festival in one province, all neighboring provinces also get happiness boost. So try to place them in strategic locations, as placing two festivals in neighboring provinces ends up being a waste of money.
When playing in Brazil, pay more attention to the coastal provinces. Mainly the capitals. Southeast (São Paulo, Rio). They are the most productive provinces in the game. The provinces of the Amazon region are very sparsely populated, and produce little, so it is not worth investing so much in so many provinces besides Manaus, Boa Vista, Macapá, Belém, Rio Branco and Porto Velho.
Otherwise your festivals will be useless, as they will take place in very sparsely populated provinces.

I really like this aoc2 mod, but I didn't like the fact that Brazil doesn't have many events, it's an excellent mod but with some problems

I have seen a save game problem in the android version . Whenever I open a save game, it can't pass turns nor can it show diplomacy view. If you have any idea please help.
