When we learn about chakras, we can experience the same movement within ourselves. The most common system is the seven basic chakras, each with its unique function such as survival, sex, willpower, and love. However, other systems, like the 13 chakra system, also exist. Each chakra is associated with a Sanskrit name and influences specific practical aspects of our life.

Chakras are non-physical, energetic openings on our body that impact our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Calling this science is... Inaccurate. But all of this is based on observable truths and can still lead to important discoveries and understanding. The model of chakras is inaccurate to reality, but is a great model for how to balance your health and emotional well-being. This goes for nearly everything this channel provides. On the whole I think this makes your channel incredibly beneficial to your viewers, and has gained you a new skeptical, but impressed subscriber.
