Monitoring includes inputs such as food consumed, quality of surrounding. Emotional states including mood, arousal, blood oxygen levels and performance both mental and physical.

Such self-monitoring and self-sensing, combines wearable sensors, EEG, ECG, video, and wearable computing, which is also known as life logging.
