Putin and China’s top diplomat pledge to strengthen ties ahead of Ukraine war anniversary

China's top diplomat Wang Yi told Russian President Vladimir Putin that relations between China and Russia are "resilient and rock solid" as he wrapped up a visit to Moscow. Wang Yi also met with the Russian Foreign Minister and head of country's Security Council. The visit is expected to set the stage for a meeting between Chinese leader Xi Jinping and Putin.
