too many people in NYC want criminals to run free because they look a certain way.

Jordan Neely’s parents should be held accountable. That’s it.

What doesn’t this guy understand? A jury of his peers found him not guilty, there is no guilt here. Nobody would be afraid to ride the subway with Daniel Penny any day of the week.

America needed this verdict. It's unsafe to be unwilling to defend yourself.

Race baiter, where was Neely’s family, why weren’t taking care of him. I wonder if Williams rides the subway. What Hypocrites.

If the races were reversed, Penny wouldn't have been charged.

He died an hour and a half after the incident. He did not choke the man to death. It sounds like the choke hold may have triggered a sickle cell attack.

Play stupid games get stupid prizes. Guy arrested 44 times and still not in jail there is no accountability.

where were these activists when neeley needed housing? mental health care? strange how they only come crawling out of the woodwork when they smelled a payday.

How was Neely ever held accountable? Mental health problems doesn’t give you a free pass to terrorize the rest of society.

'Public advocate' is a self appointed title and position a grifter uses to sound legit. I promise you not one person asked him to speak for the 'public'. The Racial Grievance Industry is big business now and wants his slice of the pie. His opinion on this case is no more informed or valid than a guy sitting on a bar stool all day down at the corner.

No - he defended innocent people and the perpetrator died as a result of his lifestyle, mental illness and drugs.
Giving him a “hug” when he was threatening to kill people or asking if he was hungry would have been an an irrational response voiced by people who have never had to confront a violent thug.
I bet if Daniel Penny was a black or Hispanic man or a trans person this would be a completely different narrative. Matter of fact it never would’ve been in the news.

So, this guy believes people need to bleed before anybody intervenes. How's that affect the victims. Yeah, Neely said he was hungry. Then he said a whole lot more. This half witnessing is the reason some neighborhoods are the way they are.

So criminals are now considered marginalized?

The problem is that all the mental health money has dried up over the decades. If the government wont step in, these things will happen. Ive been on the subway when a crazy person comes on and the unpredictably is always scary

What is worrisom is that people approve of someone threatening a subway car full of people. There is no outcry of the numerous murders committed by blacks on blacks. People have a right to protect themselves from threatening behavior - color is not an issue here.

What about accountability for the first responders who chose to not render aid to Neely?
