Content creator yes, Towing professional not even close. I'm in florida. We do recoveries every day on million dollar coaches in sand and mud without yanking the hitch off or stressing the frame by lifting it like that. Very educational on what not to do.

This video really is the definition of "all the gear but no idea"

It was like watching amateurs, I was shocked when someone clambered under suspended truck. Speechless

Dave is like the super heroes in movies. Makes a bigger mess than the original problem & still gets praised at the end 😅

This is a great example of how important it is to assess the situation. Extreme weight can result in serious damage. Using common sense and knowing the strong hook points of a vehicle is crucial to recovering a vehicle properly.

If they were trying for the least practical and most expensive way to recover a bus then they nailed it|!

This video made me realise how capable Matt of Matt Offroad's recovery really is.

This channel is truly amazing, every time I watch it I'm amazed how they have no idea what they are doing... First thing you do in sand with a vehicle like this is jacket the pig up and get something solid under the wheels

I’m a heavy recovery specialist in Pennsylvania my question why not winch it and make your life a million times easier?? You have the resources at your disposal. Not knocking your methods as I wasn’t there just asking that’s all

Never stand under a loaded boom. I’ve seen the aftermath of one failing with a man standing under it. Absolutely gruesome.

Thank you SO MUCH for helping our family! After trying and digging all day long, we did not know how we were going to get that motorhome out. We don't think we would have gotten out without your help. You were a blessing and a miracle to show up as you did - giving. your time, talents and resources without asking anything in return. When we showed up out of the blue to ask for help, you didn't hesitate and said you would be there in a few minutes. You came back TWICE to help. even early Sunday morning, with all of your massive equipment - even when that meant taking time away from your families. AND then you took us up in your Black Hawk helicopter for our grandson's birthday! WOW! Thank you for that incredible experience, your huge generosity and your big hearts. It is inspiring. We will be forever grateful.

You need to hire some people that know what they are doing.

To watch a motorhome getting destroyed priceless. It's like you called your worst enemy and asked him if he knew someone who could pull me out. lmao

It's how I do recoveries in Snowrunner. Just winch it and drag it all the way to the destination without looking behind you. No matter how many trees and rocks it gets stuck behind and smashes into. As long as it arrives, and then you still get a thank you from the owner. 😅

As a recovery driver for four decades first you lift the front or which ever way you are pulling, find a real place to hook up and winch out of the holes then slowly pull it out

This is reminding me of a situation where our son got the tractor stuck in a muddy field on the farm. (We were out of town). His buddy went to get his daddy in law's larger truck to pull it out. It got stuck. They called a tow truck. It got stuck. A bigger tow truck was called and almost got stuck, but he unhooked and refused to try further. He still had difficulties getting out of the field. So there were in a line> a tow truck, a very large pick up truck, and the tractor. By then it was dark and our son gave a call to the manager's office of where we were. (before cell phones). Needless to say, we had an unexpected night trip home. The next morning, my husband got the old pull-a-long that his late father used on the farm. He put pullley around a couple trees. There were enough thick rope and cables to reach. First it was used to get the tow truck out. Then more cable and out came the big pick up truck. Then the tractor-which was axle deep, was with much effort successful in getting the tractor out. There were some mighty huge ruts in that field that took years of repair before being able to be productive again. That field was named for our son. Initially he just fell backwards in it before making the initial call, thinking he may as well use this as his burial as he knew his a$$ was grass from this debacle.

I’m no specialist by any stretch of the imagination but in my opinion your soft ground recovery kit could use some proper outrigger pads [for the recovery vehicle] and road plates [to place under a stricken vehicle].

Other than that, steller job once again.
Out of the frying pan and into the fire. Yet still saving the situation! 👍🏼

Always amazes me when people take these luxury buses out into off-road areas. I hate damaging my vehicles, so this would be a nightmare scenario for me to experience. Some expensive repairs needed to that RV now
