The shadiest thing Jerry ever did is when he was on Letterman and he berated the audience for laughing at Michael Richards’ uncomfortable quasi-apology after incessantly using the N-word; because he made it seem as though _Michael_ was the victim.

In comedians in cars with Steve Martin, he laughed his a$$ off about a how a disabled person in a wheel chair was apparently attempting to drive their wheel chair off a pier.Thats very messed up.
