(not a one-liner by any means, but your joke reminded me of this one)

An older woman goes to the doctor complaining of uncomfortable gas. However, she explains to the doctor that the gas is silent and has no smell, stating that she has in fact farted multiple times during the appointment though you would never know.

The doctor prescribes her medication and asks her to come back in a week.

A week later she comes back upset. Stating that the pills have done nothing for the gas but that now her farts smell absolutely terrible.

The doctor says "great! Now that we've resolved your congestion, let's see what we can do about your hearing"
