i got everything in a ’26 SHORT’
i’m 5’1
waist ~27 inches (give or take depending on time of the month lol)
hips are ~38 inches

can you guess which ones i kept?! ✨ spoiler! i didn’t keep any of them.

LET ME EXPLAIN:

as i said in the video, i already own quite of few jeans from abercrombie.

so when i was putting my “keeps” into my closet, i realized, i pretty much already have a few abercrombie pairs in my closet that were almost IDENTICAL to the new ones i was “keeping” in this haul (ankle straight in curve love and 90’s relaxed in curve love).

after sitting on them for a week, i decided it was silly to keep those new ones, and returned EVERYTHING!
so this haul turned out to be just for education purposes lol.

This video was really helpful to see the differences between the styles!!
I would keep the standard style! I own the same relaxed jeans in the same wash and I find that after wearing them, the parts where you hinge like knees and hips become a bit looser

Great review! I’ve noticed curve love emphasizes my mom pooch since my hips aren’t wide, I’ve learned to size up in the regular fit for a better fit on my butt and athletic thighs. You have made me want to try the ankle straight.

Regarding your comment on the ultra loose curve love being bigger in the waist. Remember, because they are low rise and loose, that waist is actually falling at the hip, which is the area that curvy women are wider. So in this case, the waist area should be bigger because it's on the hip.
