Sony seems to have a wider soundstage and also a bit more clear

Airpods are more forward, xm5 is more recessed to the back of the mix, buds 2 pro is harsh for me

I bought 2 pairs of WF-1000MX4 ($300/each) and my husband loves it but it does not last long. After 5 months the earbuds stop taking the charge when you plug them to charge. Hundreds of people have the same problem. I have airpods 3 ($160)for 3 almost 4 yrs, still work after I drop then everyday

My AirPods Pro 2 is 2 years old and still holds a charge like day 1. I use them every day too. I did just get an xm5 though, and an az80. Gotta fill out that rotation!

How come the bass and depth of music on the apple airpods feel better than on the xm5?

Galaxy Buds 2 Pro sound good with "soft" mode of the equalizer. Very similar to sennheiser.Their standard mode has a bit noizy highs.
The default sound is most sophisticated on the Sony imo. But if you are listening to music as background music and walking outside, any of these three, including the Airpods, work.
I own the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, Airpods Pro 2, and momentum true wireless 2 and went to check the sound of Sony wf1000-xm5 today.

I have also personally experienced the above 3 headphone models. Personally, I think Sony is the best, more detailed and spacious. Samsung bud 2 is good but sometimes it's too bright and annoying. Airpods are so normal

I personally have the AirPods Pro 2, I like them cause they don't make a pressure feeling in my ears, are the Sony headphones similar, or just like regular in ears where you get that pressure feeling?

Isn’t the comparison affected by the device I am listening with? I’m using an AirPod Pro 2. Can I really listen to the sound quality on this video and decide, or do I still need to compare the sound by wearing each earbud myself?
