I actually did this years ago in Ubuntu lol. The reason UKUI and Deepin doesn't work because they uses modified Kwin so no KDE of you want these desktop (though i remember getting UKUI works woth KDE after some tinkering). And Pantheon will refuses working if UKUI installed for some reason. Also, as long as you can solve polkit conflict it's actually usable to have 6+ DE installed
