Electric field due to a charged ring #3

Показать описание
Electric field due to a charged ring is sum of electric field generated by each infinitesimally small part of the ring.

So let us consider a ring that has a positive charge on it and we will try to establish the electric field at point P above it and on the z axis. Lets pick this very small element of length ds here and say the charge on it is dq and considering ds is very small, so should be dq. Then we can say that the charge per unit length is nothing but dq/ds. Let us term this lambda and therefore dq = lambda ds. Now this charge element will set up a certain electric field at P that is at a distance r from the element… and we say that small value of E set up here is dE.

Sir amazing and excellent and also put a separate video explaining the physics problems that came in neet 2020 so that it would be helpful for neet aspirants also put videos where you discuss previous year neet questions. This would help your students like me to analyse where we are going wrong while solving problems and help us to master physics like you.please sir kindly don't ignore this. We definitely need good analysis of neet questions in English .pls
