Thank you very much.. i have an MRI scheduled to see if I have TN.. I believe I do not have it simply because exercises work and some ibuprofen.

I don't understand the second exercise. Do you want the jaw to slide forward or not. Thanks in advance. Also is it normal to experience an ear pop with these type of exercises? Thanks from sk.

I know my face is not symmetral because i can feel my left masseter more out than the right one and also its looks like if i had one cheek more big than the other one. What can i do to correct that?
