Listening to you from Hawaii on my beautiful morning walks to the beach! So sorry to hear about your mom. I hope you find strength and great memories to last forever. Congrats on your journey. I had the gastric sleeve. My highest weight was 203 barely got approved, but just needed a new life for myself. I too am feeling great and inspired like you are cheers to new beginnings and thanks for your great videos. You keep it real on my daily walks.

I’m so happy that things are going well for you! Training for a sprint triathlon is such internal growth. What a great NSV!

I liked my drinks before also. My Dr says never to drink again but I also people who have but it was 6 months after. Right now my thinking is that my liver is working OT right now to flush the fat out so I don't want to add to it. But I do plan on having a drink again in June while on vacation. Thanks for being honest and helping others.

Thanks for the update. Would love a “get to know you” video. How old are you, what kind of law do you practice, who is the boyfriend. Thanks.

Hi. I really like your channel and appreciate the honest approach. I am 1 month post op and I struggle with wanting to take big drinks of water? Can you talk about this as I especially want to chug water after a long walk or spin. Also, do you flavor your water or drink other liquids besides coffee?
