This is a video made in my Science Lab demonstrating how to produce an uncontaminated culture of bacteria and testing different antibiotics to determine which are most effective at slowing the growth of E.Coli bacteria.
Usually, my students would do this experiment but due to COVID restrictions, I had to demo it.
