As an INFJ, I never ever want to be a manager. My ENTJ friend finds this troubling. She’s 33 and aiming for an executive position with 7 years’ of experience from one single company, only the last 1.5 of those years being spent on a managing position.

I feel like I'm the master of one-on-one as an INFJ (MBTI enthusiast since 2016). It's easier to draw someone in, focus on their body language and not be distracted by a million nuances of the group dynamic. Groups typically trigger me unless I've had positive one on one time with almost all of them before.

I have been quite close with one ENFJ in my life, 20 years older, and she is the only one I feel extremely validated and understood by. She is more warm and initiating than me and as someone with RSD, that's invaluable. She is great at mirroring my feelings so that I can then read it myself. We have wild laughter with our off the wall jokes!

Experiment- does wearing the same t-shirt affect views? We will find out.

(Joyce is probably right that it does)

One is an abstract thinker the other one is focused on group cohesion. Abstract thinkers are focused on ideas, challenging norms and envisioning things happen. Group cohesion means that the main focus is placed on other people and building teams.
