Right step by Judge. DM cannot write a letter directly to a judge due to the principle of separation of powers and the need to maintain judicial independence. The judiciary must remain independent and free from any executive influence or pressure. Any communication between the executive (DM) and the Judge typically goes through proper channels, often via the state’s law department or through official legal procedures, to ensure transparency.
