Hi Doctor, thank you so much for all your time and effort in your gteat video's. What about when your very nervous in the doctor's office and it's high and then you take it at home and it's normal ? It creates a dilemma because some doctors will recomend medication when you don't need it ? Thanks in advance for your time.

Doc theze machines are acurate if you.tqke it 4-5 times and average the readings

i am pretty sure the reason your numbers were higher was literally becasue you were talking.
i am glad i found this as i have an Omron i just started using, and the model is prettysimilar to yours. not exact but close. i was not 100% sure if iwas putting it on right.
i think i did as the grey tube i had just above the inner elbow, not sure if it is literally exactly 1/2 inch. i don't measure it that closely but probably close.
also. how tight is it supposed to be?
i try to mke it more tight so it doesn't move but it is diffcult to do tha twith one hand. howeved, it is pretty uch staying in one spt.

How tight should I wrap the cuff? I’ve lifted weights for years and my arms are bigger than normal. My cuff is correct size according to the manufacturer. But depending on how tight I wrap the cuff I get different readings.

WTF?!?!?! At my endo office, the gal would have me sit on the table with my feet dangling, put the cuff OVER my shirt sleeve, then check my BP manually for about 5 seconds. Of course it was always high. I started checking my BP at home and taking a photo to show the doctor it was normal at home...where I am MOST of the day. His first question..."Is that just a photo of your wife's BP?" WTF?!?!?! So of course I'd be anxious weeks before my usual 6-month appointment because I knew there would be this battle of my BP every time. He gave me an Rx for BP meds, but I refused to take them. I no longer see that doctor.
