I’ve actually stayed in this room as well as the letter E. while the room was nice and all, there was no heat (which was needed on a cold night) and the shower had flooded. As a result we were moved to the letter E which is movie themed with a big projector but there was no remote for the projector!

That looks like paradise for a skater, i'd personally make the botom a motorcycle workskop but the view is just amazing. That vibe just chilling and looking out the port window at night makes me feel some type of way

each letter of the Botel actually has a different theme, the E is movie themed with a giant projector screen and the O is kinky with a round mirror on the ceiling and a little window to peek into the bathroom.

Major respect to the way you handled this. Firm and assertive, but not aggressive or causing a scene. Just letting the dude know what’s up, I don’t think you could have handled it any better. Next time I’m in Vegas I’m sliding through for sure
