Viewing our insane world through the eyes of a Seer - PETER NELSON - Part One

Показать описание
This is the first posted episode of my series of interviews with psychologist, social scientist, and long-standing Seer, Dr Peter Nelson.
The purpose of this work is to provide: Transformative support and resources to people bravely facing human-caused collapse of Earth and Human Systems.
_____
Our world is going through what many are calling an intensification, or a quickening. This is a nearly universal experience of immense disruption and disconnection at every level of the human experience. Just trying to make sense of these times, much less creating "a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible," seems an impossible task. There is talk of somehow creating new ways of being, relating, governing, communicating. But there is precious little in our collective experience that can help us even cope with the chaos, much less generate truly new possibilities.
My sense is that Dr Peter Nelson would be the first to admit that he doesn't have a clue either, about how to solve any of these questions. What he does have a remarkable access to is an ability to view and articulate the immense power we have within our own attention. He is able to tour us through some of the basics of how to discern, cultivate, and consciously deploy our attention in ways that are far more potent than the intent-less, malicious, daily, tsunami-assault on our attention that we now call normal.
This conversation yields some remarkable sharing of a very experienced Seer. Dr Nelson shares some easy exercises that anyone can do to self-regulate more effectively, and possibly start expanding their ability to "See."
This topic of Seeing the non-ordinary is just one of many potentially transformative tracks of study and experience available in the classes, support groups, trainings, and coaching available in Living Resilience.
For full information about Living Resilience / Deep Academy, see the show notes below.
Our warm thanks again to Dr Peter Nelson for his generous sharing in this interview.
