I had my account as a business account and it was the strangest dilemma for the music feature. It would only allow me to access a random assortment of songs for both the browse & the search part. But only songs that it had already listed for me (on both. Couldn’t even search for any?). But after switching back to personal account it let me be to search and have access to all songs again!!! I switched a business account to personal and after 2 days the music option appeared. I left it for a few more days and then switched back to a business account and within 1 day, the music feature was removed again. It seems like business accounts just aren't allowed music! Even with the new Reels, my personal account has the music option but not my business account.
