Support is ignoring me, lol they know the game is messed up, but i get world server disconnected

Here is the workaround you are searching for if the screen stucks at login : create a new account ( just start game ) until the first cutscene appears, then instantly close the Game. Go back in, change it to your main character and start the Game.. now its working... leave a like if I am correct, thanks

Okey encontre solucion, cambia de servidor o sea si estas en el este cambia a oeste selecciona un servidor, cuando te de el error te va a mandar al inicio, y entras con tu servidor que usas
