How do they know that it’s all rooted to one source without taking up the whole source itself?

Thanks for distorting the facts and not getting any of this right. The facts are Aspen trees are built backwards from normal trees. What you see up top is actually the root system of the plant and what's underground is one large organism so in other words all Aspen forests are just one tree
