To be fair, Theoretically speaking a wooden axe can break a block of obsidian, it won't give anything and will take what feels like forever, but it can break it. Just like you can break almost any block with your hand

You should look up Austins minecraft vids! He does science based theory work on game theory the science. The minecraft furnace one is probably my favorite!

I'm pretty sure the rarest block is a pig spawner, which can spawn in some seeds because of a glitch

The rarest mob in minecraft is actually a Jockey, but specifically a a baby villager zombie wearing diamond armor and riding a chicken, type of Jockey...
The second rarest is a skeleton in full diamond
Third is a Charged Creeper (which i've only ever seen once)
Fourth is a Sheep that spawns with pink wool (which I've also seen once)
And fifth is a brown mooshroom (which I've never seen)

u can break obsidian w/ a wood axe, hell why not use ur fist, will take 8 minutes and 10 seconds for 1 block i believe! The rarest mob would probably be a brown panda, not counting the full diamond enchanted baby zombie riding a chicken!
