I used to have textured skin like this in my early 20s when wearing makeup until i started to use korean skin care everyday. Took years but at 28, my skin looks like a filter with make up on. Of course not everyone will have this result but taking care of your skin regularly can give great results! Without make up, i do have acne scars and redness though and i still get pimples.
