Parker House is a unique exclusive collection of 24 stunning light-filled condominium residences. Sophisticated details throughout and a thoughtfully designed rooftop with magnificent open Manhattan views is a welcome addition to the highly sought-after Greenpoint neighborhood. Interiors are meticulously curated with a mix of warming woods and cooling stone. High ceilings, wide plank wood flooring and floor-to-ceiling black framed windows with outdoor space available in many residences create dramatic sun-drenched homes. Chef-inspired kitchens are equipped with Liebherr and Bosch appliances integrated with custom designed wood cabinetry complemented with classic Calacatta Laza Gold quartz countertop. The building itself offers a rooftop terrace with open sweeping city and river views, bicycle storage, package room, and an Airphone intercom system. Private storage and rooftop cabanas are available for purchase and almost every home has outdoor space. Parker House sits a few blocks from the dozens of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops along the main pedestrian strips of Manhattan Avenue and Franklin Street. Local dining favorites include Peter Pan Donut & Pastry Shop, Glasserie, and Oxomoco. Additional neighborhood highlights include McCarren Park, McGolrick Park, and Transmitter Park. Nearby public transportation options include the NYC Ferry and the G subway line.

Ryan Serhant is grabbing at straws here. The Parker House takes 1 bedroom apartments and chops them up into 2 small bedrooms, with a tiny living room to boot. Typical. Whatever you do, don't trust the listed square footage. It's a lie. Ryan diverts our attention away from this boring ass beige construction to the neighborhood. Don't look here! Look over here! .... ice cream!
