Very helpful to practice with this video, especially at 0.5 and 0.75 speed. Just did both back-to-back and already see a small improvement as I got into the rhythm of changing chords (and what a finger-and-wrist workout!!). This was so hard at first, however after 3 days of 20 minute exercises where i do fast chord changes, this is perfectly doable. Except for sometimes misplacing the fingers >_>

This is only my second song practice and I've already improved. The first time I played with this video, I had to lower the playback speed because I couldn't keep up. This time I played along with the normal speed and yeah, I messed up a little bit but I could keep up with the tempo.
