Voting machines are not connected to the internet, but the computers used to program these memory cards that are going to be inserted into the machines are connected to the internet and can be easily infected. In my county, the voting machines print out a paper ballot that can be verified by the voter before it is inserted and cast in a counting machine and the paper is dropped in a secure ballot box. This leaves a paper trail.

India's Electronic Voting Machine is total secure because it has no way to connect to external device/network. Votes are securely stored inside the machine itself and then on counting day, That machine is opened infront of multiple party representatives. It's just like ballot system, But a more digitised system.

The machines can be hacked into because they contain modems and wireless chipsets, they are or can be connected to specific networks such as Verizon, Sprint and At&t.
They can be accessed from Mongolia or another country.
This is not nonesense it is a fact.
I am a computer technician and also worked at Toshiba and Dell. And I have heard Dominion Representatives who have said that they can connect to a network.
I know what I am capable of doing with these voting machines.
Dominion lied when and if they say anything like that there is no way to connect to the internet. It's a lie.
Nealy all voting machine can connect to a network.
And Dominion knows I'm telling the truth.
They just dont want the public to know the truth.
If you can connect to the internet you can manipulate the votes. It's that simple.

It should be a federal law that mandates that only paper ballots can be use, and all voters my have a state issued voter ID number ( similar to your car tag number) and photo ID that have to match up. Only legal citizens can receive state issued voter ID numbers. We can never have another fair election with voting machines !!!

The over whelming vast majority of the worlds citizen whom are aware of computer's involvement in their everyday life are not aware of how they are able to do what they do. Much as the majority of driver's have no idea how an atuomobile works only that it does.
