In the US many votes are cast digitally and there are plans to enlist the help of hackers to reduce the risk of cyber-attacks on election day. Around 2:50, in the transcript, it writes ' misinformation - risks which have increased becuase the coming election is so high-profile - ' ; what's the idea of hyphens here ? I have mostly seen and understood hyphen connecting words to form compound but failed to know exact way to use hyphen in a way like this. Could you help me please ?
