I would say getting into reselling now should be an investment. I've picked up a ton of collabs under retail, that are sold out on Nike or are 2 - 5+ years old. I just buy them and sit on them and wait. most of the ones I've picked up in the last year have slowly started moving back up 20 - 30%+ but I don't plan to sell them and they are all sneakers my Kid likes, so worst case my Kid grows into one hell of a sick collection of sneakers.

If you're a collector, you have to resell. Its the dudes who did it as main hustle that jacked it up. alot of the time after fees, taxes, time and shipping most are just breaking even. it's part of collecting and just having fun. but not meant to pay the bills.

Nike stock is in the toilet. They got too greedy. I know for myself when air forces were 90 bucks it was much better. Now 115 120 is ridiculous. And my kids just want to wear crocs tbh.
