This Setting Improve My Aim In Fortnite Season 4 (Fortnite Controller Tips)

In this video I go over a setting I recently changed in Fortnite Season 4 that have helped improve my aim with a lot of the low aim assist weapons in the current loot pool. This setting is going to be look dampening time which will allow you to make smaller adjustments when aiming on controller. I switched to linear after watching your videos six months ago and find it much more reactive than exponential, allowing for better control in close range fights. This season's striker burst with the red-dot scope is hard to aim for distance shots. This is why I try to get to a bunker and put on the thermal 2x scope, which makes for easier adjustments shooting at distance.

I switched my settings to it and noticed immediate improvement. Didn't feel like my aim was getting thrown across the screen when lightly tapping the stick. Managed to get a few kills in my first match but died cause someone was using War Arsenal and Auto Targeting turret. But I did manage to shoot them while they were in the air which was something I struggled with.

They should just give us joystick curves. Allow us to set up movement however we desire.

This is a revelation. Adding 0.1s to this setting has transformed my aim beyond all recognition. I can't believe you didn't know about this before.

the reason there might be no aim assist is because my ps5 controller keeps switching to keyboard and mouse it just started happening to me nothing is working to fix it maybe it is a problem with epic games
