Wow memories. I mostly grew up in Virginia, near the bay. Mom always had this in her fridge in various states of fermentation so we had some tasty meals to eat.

In Hawaii we call is white crab or haole crab we serve it as a type of poke 👍

I work at a seafood restaurant, and have to admit, this looks very delicious. I'm definitely not a fan of blue crab, and especially the smell when being cooked, but I think I'd try this myself if I had the chance.
