I'm happy, but like many, I've been unhappy. I've learned through painful experiences to protect my happiness. When I see people risk their happiness, I gasp. Happiness is way too important to risk losing it. I'm so glad I learned that and have been able to sustain my happiness. Another thing, it takes being fearless and grateful to be happy, too. As well as loving yourself just as you are, no exceptions. 💕
